Shipping and returns, how your cards arrive

What shipping costs, how long it takes, how your cards are packed and how you return within 14 days.

Shipping costs

Which method you get depends on what you order. Singles and supplies fit through the letterbox. Sealed products and graded slabs are too thick and too valuable for that and go as an insured parcel.

  • Letterbox parcel, Netherlands: € 3.95
  • Insured parcel, Netherlands: € 6.95
  • Letterbox parcel, Belgium: € 5.95
  • Insured parcel, Belgium: € 9.95

Free shipping from € 50.00 in the Netherlands and from € 75.00 in Belgium. You see the exact shipping cost in the checkout as soon as your postcode and country are known.

Delivery time

Reckon on 1 to 2 working days within the Netherlands and 2 to 3 working days to Belgium, counted from the moment your order leaves. You get a track-and-trace code as soon as the parcel is registered.

How your cards are packed

A single card goes into a penny sleeve first, then a toploader, and that goes between cardboard inside the envelope. Order several cards and they travel grouped, so they cannot rub against each other. Graded slabs get extra padding and go in a box, never in an envelope.

Returns

You have 14 days to change your mind from the moment you receive the order. That is your statutory right when buying online and we do not make it difficult. Report your return through contact and you will get the address and the instructions.

Two things worth knowing. Send cards back the way you received them, so in the sleeve and the toploader: a card that comes back loose in an envelope and gets damaged on the way cannot be refunded in full. And a graded slab has to stay sealed, because an opened slab is no longer what you bought.

Once the return is in and found to be in order, you get the purchase amount back within 14 days, the same way you paid.

Something not right?

Did a card arrive in a different condition than described, or did something go wrong on the way? Email a photo through contact and we will sort it. The condition description is our responsibility, so if that is wrong, the order is wrong.
