Privacy policy

This is a translation of the Dutch text. In case of any difference, the Dutch version applies.

Stryker Trading Cards (CoC [KvK]) processes personal data of visitors and customers of this webshop. This privacy policy sets out which data that is, why we process it, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

Which data we process

When you place an order

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your billing and delivery address
• What you ordered and what you paid
• Your payment details, insofar as our payment provider passes them on to us

When you use the contact form

• Your name and email address
• The content of your message

When you visit the website

• Which pages you view and which website you arrived from
• Your IP address, stored in truncated form

These website statistics are anonymous and cookie-free by default. Only once you give consent in the cookie notice do we measure in more detail, using a cookie that links visits together.

Why we process this data

• To carry out your order. Without an address we cannot send anything. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• To answer your question. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• To meet our tax obligations. We are required to keep invoices. Legal basis: legal obligation.
• To improve the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest, or consent for detailed statistics.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data and do not pass it on for advertising. We share it only with the parties needed to run the shop:

• The payment provider that handles your payment
• The carrier that delivers your order
• The hosting party and the supplier of the order system
• The bookkeeper or accountant, for the financial administration

Data processing agreements are in place with these parties. Processing takes place within the European Economic Area, unless the contract explicitly departs from that with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep data

• Order and invoice data: 7 years, as the Dutch tax authority requires
• Messages through the contact form: 2 years after they are settled
• Customer accounts: as long as your account exists, plus 6 months
• Website statistics: 26 months at most

Cookies

We place functional cookies that the basket and the login need in order to work. Those require no consent. For detailed statistics we use a cookie that is only placed after you agree in the cookie notice. You can change that choice at any time by deleting this site's cookies in your browser.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• see your data
• have incorrect data corrected
• have your data deleted, insofar as we are not legally required to keep it
• object to the processing
• receive your data in a common file format
• withdraw consent you have given

Send a request to info@strykertradingcards.com. You will get an answer within a month. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Security

The website runs entirely over a secure connection. Access to customer data is limited to those who need it. We do not process payment details ourselves: those go straight to the payment provider.
